You may easily collect your new GOE Members Club wristband in person on set collection days each quarter - with the location details and times being posted on the GOE website Announcements Board.

Alternatively, the second option would be to collect your wristband upon entry, when attending your FIRST event with GOE.

Simply show your membership confirmation summary (via your mobile phone) at the entrance.

Please remember to always keep your GOE Members Club wristband in a safe place, as you will be required to wear them to future events during the year!

Gold Odyssey Events are always stylishly well-organised to meet high standards that hopefully will exceed our guest attendees expectations is our end goal here! So that means taking all elements into consideration during our event planning phase- with the delicious catering being offered across ALL of our amazing events, making up a super important component during the event.

GOE trusts that your appetites will be filled, your taste buds delighted with our premium catering and that you will leave feeling happy by the end of the night. We aim to have something food wise for everyone from vegan, vegetarian, pescaterian, omnivore and even some gluten free options to select from to eat at our events.

Mostly we will serve a selection of nice luxury canape style catering plus cheese & mezze platters too & desserts for our networking soirees PLUS black-Tie Galas Events. For any of our more casual events, the catering will be adapted to match the event style too.

Noting: - For any formal sit-down dinner events, you will also be able to nominate your preferred dietary requirements for our catering purposes upon check-out, when purchasing your ticket via our ticketing platform partnership with Humanitix, so don’t worry too much there! :-)

With regards to any GOE festivals, there will be multiple various food stalls available at these events. Thx.

GOE events will promptly open the doors exactly as per the start times listed on our event posters and also contained within your ticket details too.

If you luckily happen to be specially invited as part of our GOE VIP Guest List for any event - The entry doors will be open for yourselves to turn up at own leisure say approximately 30 - 45 minutes in advance of our official event poster start time - Just to ensure that you receive your Welcome Drink plus also the Fastest Priority Entry to our amazing Events.

Cupid’s Love Gala 2027 Launch Celebration requires all tickets be purchased ADVANCE of the event please. As everyone will be scanned at the entrance via the ticket QR code only. Thanks heaps!

There will NOT be any tickets available to purchase at the door, however if this event happens to be sold out, please check out the extra details per our Gold Odyssey Events Host Page on Humanitix, as we do offer the Re-Sell Exchange of tickets option via this platform too - you might be lucky last minute to find tickets here if you missed out during the original sales campaign!!

All Gold Odyssey Events will feature a great variety of professional live music entertainment plus other special performances to create an incredibly fun and memorable event positive vibe for everyone who is able to grab any tickets to go!!

Each event will obviously be tailored with the BEST appropriate vibe sound, plus the most suitable levels of amazing Live Entertainment, as would be naturally expected to be enjoyed by our guests. Thx.

Gold Odyssey is only a brand new events business, so initially our hub of events will most likely tend to centre around various beautiful venues within Canberra plus a few nearby regional venues ONLY...

GOE does however intend to see rapid growth plans beyond our 1st year, which might mean expanding to host some Special Events across other major Australian cities nationally PLUS possibly a few VIP Type Events across some selection of special overseas venue locations well into the future too….
