~EVENT REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS~
Our specific Refunds Policy will be outlined per each individual Event basis. This information can be easily found directly via our Humanitix Event Organiser Host Page for Gold Odyssey Events - Within each separate event post, so please kindly familiarise yourself with the Refunds Policy upon purchasing any tickets to ALL our amazing events.
**Except in the case of extraordinary circumstances - Then the best option here for our GOE Club Members would be to simply please submit a brief summary via the “Get In Touch Form” for any special consideration. Thanks! :-)
Gold Odyssey Events will provide a FULL CREDIT NOTE to be used towards any future event for GOE Club Members, in the unfortunate situation whereby any outdoor event needs to be cancelled at short notice - Say due to unpredicted extreme weather conditions or for whatever other unusual factors beyond our normal control may occur.
