EVENT REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Gold Odyssey Events applies the following Event Refund Policy:

Given that the majority of events contain an element of catering costs per person, Members are required to provide at least 48 hours notice to obtain a full ticket refund. If you are within this timeframe period, then unfortunately the ticket becomes non-refundable. Except for in the case of an extraordinary circumstance - please submit a brief summary of the details via the “Get In Touch Form” for specific consideration. Thanks!

Gold Odyssey Events will provide a full credit note to use towards any future event for Members, in the unfortunate situation whereby any outdoor events need to be cancelled at short notice - due to say unpredicted extreme weather conditions or other unusual factors. - Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused to our Members! :-)
